"Display" refers to any screen or device showing content managed through our Service.

• Register for an account with valid information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization to use the Service
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

7.2 Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding the Service may be used without obligation to you.

8.1 Termination by You: You may stop using the Service or cancel your subscription at any time.

8.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or if required by law.

8.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and Content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASTERA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
